Deliveries and Returns

SHIPPING & DELIVERIES

Any order placed during the week will be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours. Any order placed on Friday after 12 noon and on the weekend will be processed the following Monday.

REASYKL delivers throughout the European Union and offers you 3 shipping methods:

  1. Delivery to Mondial Relay Relay Point (in mainland France only): Delivery costs are €4.90. Delivery time is on average 3 working days. The choice of relay point is made after the payment step.

  2. Home delivery without signature: Delivery costs are €6.90 in mainland France and €14.90 for other countries in the European Union. Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

  3. Delivery to your home with signature . Delivery costs are €8.90 in mainland France. Delivery time is 2 to 3 working days.

Delivery costs to mainland France are free for all orders over €150.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

If an item does not suit you, you have 48 hours from the date of receipt of your order to contact us and 14 days to return it.

Return costs are at your expense and will be deducted from the order refund.

The product must be returned in the condition in which it was purchased on REASYKL.

The return request must be made by email to hello@reasykl.com or via our Instagram account @reasykl .

You will need to indicate:

  1. Your order number and the item you wish to return,
  2. The reason for your return,
  3. If you would like a refund or credit.

The REASYKL teams will then send you a return label to affix to your package.

The refund will be made within 5 working days upon receipt of your package by the REASYKL teams. It will be made directly to the bank account used for payment for refunds or to your customer account for credits.
