You can place your order online 24/7. The ordering process consists of 5 successive steps:
- Identify the products that you like on the Site www.reasykl.com;
- Add items to your cart;
- Indicate the information necessary for delivery (precise delivery address, possible accessibility restrictions at the delivery location (e.g. building, floor, digital code, etc.));
- Indicate the chosen delivery method;
- Read and accept the general conditions of sale; finally, indicate the chosen payment method.
Once the payment method has been selected, you can proceed to pay for your order on the secure interface, which will allow you to validate and confirm your order.
What size should I choose for my clothes?
To help you make your choice, REASYKL favors one-size pieces as well as oversized cuts. REASYKL specifies the particularities of a cut on the product page if necessary. For more details, refer to our size guide accessible at the bottom of the home page.
What condition will my product be in?
The products sold on REASYKL are second-hand products: they have already been owned by another person. These products have been checked and tested by a REASYKL quality expert and then scrupulously cleaned before being put on sale. For more details, refer to our condition guide accessible at the bottom of the home page.
What to do if a product is no longer available?
The products sold at REASYKL are second-hand products. Therefore, there is only one unit of each piece. The availability of a product may therefore vary from one hour to the next.

How do I add items to my cart?
Click on the items you like, you will automatically switch to the product sheet of the item. Then click on the "Add to cart" button and your item will be automatically added to your cart. You can then continue your order by logging in or decide to continue shopping on the Site. At any time, you have access to your cart at the top of the home page.
Where is my order cart?
Your shopping cart is located at the top right of the home page. When you click on "My Cart", you are immediately directed to the detailed summary of your shopping cart.
Is it possible to have gift wrapping?
You can request gift wrapping to offer a REASYKL product to one of your loved ones via the "Notes" section, available at the time of validation of your order. This service is offered by REASYKL.
I made a mistake, I would like to modify or cancel my current order. Is this possible?

How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
After validating your order and proceeding to secure payment, a confirmation email will be sent to you. This is an order summary containing the nature, quantity, price of the selected products, the payment method and the delivery address.
What are REASYKL shipping times?
Any order placed during the week will be shipped within a maximum of 48 hours. Any order placed on Friday after 12pm and on the weekend will be processed the following Monday. For more details, please refer to our page dedicated to Deliveries and Returns accessible at the bottom of the home page.
How do I use my gift card?
Your gift card is materialized by a promotional code. To use it, have your promotional code REASYKL and indicate it when validating the basket in the "Promotional code" input box. Don't forget to validate "OK" to benefit from the reduction.
